Last updated: May 25, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Workflow.team (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Service”).

Workflow.team is an SEO workflow and analytics platform that helps users manage SEO projects, organise keyword groups, connect pages with performance data, create content workflows, monitor SEO tasks, and work with data from third-party services such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Yandex Metrica, and other SEO or analytics tools.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
  • all activity that occurs under your account;
  • ensuring that you have the right to connect websites, analytics accounts, search console properties, and other third-party services to the Service;
  • ensuring that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law, agreement, or third-party right.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company, agency, client, or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organisation.

3. Accounts and access

To use certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe that:

  • your account has been compromised;
  • you have violated these Terms;
  • your use creates security, legal, or operational risk;
  • continued access could harm the Service, other users, or third parties.

4. Third-party integrations

The Service may allow you to connect third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • Google Analytics;
  • Google Search Console;
  • Yandex Metrica;
  • SEO tools;
  • analytics platforms;
  • reporting tools;
  • data import or export services.

By connecting a third-party service, you authorise us to access, process, store, and display the data made available by that service, only as needed to provide the functionality of the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect each third-party account, website, project, or data source.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their data accuracy, or changes to their APIs, features, permissions, or pricing.

5. Google API data

If you connect Google services, the Service may access Google user data through Google APIs, depending on the permissions you approve.

The Service uses Google API data only to provide user-facing SEO analytics, search performance, reporting, and workflow features.

Workflow.team’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

6. User content and project data

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Service, including SEO projects, URLs, keywords, reports, comments, briefs, imported files, and connected analytics data.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited right to process your content and data solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, securing, and improving the Service.

This includes the right to:

  • store and organise your data;
  • display it in dashboards, reports, and workflows;
  • process it for calculations and analytics;
  • generate summaries, charts, and recommendations;
  • back it up;
  • transmit it to services you choose to connect or use.

We do not claim ownership of your project data.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
  • access or attempt to access accounts, data, systems, or networks without authorisation;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or extract the Service’s underlying software except where allowed by law;
  • upload malicious code, malware, or harmful content;
  • use automated scraping, crawling, or excessive requests in a way that harms the Service;
  • use the Service to violate the rights of others;
  • connect third-party accounts or websites without proper authorisation;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service without our permission.

We may take action, including suspension or termination, if we believe your use violates these Terms or creates risk for the Service or other users.

8. SEO data and recommendations

The Service may provide SEO metrics, reports, recommendations, forecasts, content suggestions, or workflow guidance.

You understand that:

  • SEO data may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or affected by third-party data sources;
  • search engines and analytics platforms may change their algorithms, APIs, interfaces, and reporting methods;
  • SEO recommendations are informational and do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or business results;
  • you are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to apply any recommendation.

We are not responsible for changes in search rankings, traffic, indexing, conversions, or other business outcomes.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service reliable and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to:

  • maintenance;
  • technical issues;
  • infrastructure failures;
  • security incidents;
  • changes in third-party APIs;
  • events outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

Where practical, we will try to provide notice of significant changes, but we are not obligated to do so in all cases.

10. Fees and payments

Some features may be free, paid, or available only under a subscription or separate agreement.

If paid features are available, pricing, billing periods, payment terms, refunds, and cancellation rules will be provided at the point of purchase or in a separate agreement.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and charges associated with your use of paid features.

11. Confidentiality

You may upload or connect non-public business data, client data, SEO data, analytics data, or other confidential information.

We will use reasonable efforts to protect such information and will use it only as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for deciding what information you upload, import, or connect to the Service.

12. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, interface, design, features, workflows, documentation, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service or its intellectual property.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the Service unless we give you written permission or applicable law allows it.

13. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, feature requests, or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.

We may use feedback to improve the Service, develop new features, or modify existing functionality.

14. Data export and deletion

Where available, you may export or delete certain data from within the Service.

You may request account deletion by contacting us at a@suhov.media.

Some data may be retained for a limited time where necessary for:

  • backups;
  • security;
  • legal compliance;
  • dispute resolution;
  • fraud prevention;
  • legitimate business operations.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • you violate these Terms;
  • you create legal, security, or operational risk;
  • your use harms the Service or other users;
  • required by law;
  • we discontinue the Service or relevant features.

After termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, data retention, confidentiality, and dispute resolution.

16. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
  • data will always be accurate, complete, or up to date;
  • SEO recommendations will improve rankings or traffic;
  • third-party integrations will remain available;
  • defects will be corrected immediately;
  • the Service will meet every user’s requirements.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 USD if you have not paid for the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place where the Service is operated, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Before starting a formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at a@suhov.media and try to resolve the issue informally.
